Eligibility:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • 2–3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in civil litigation — preference for revenue & land matters
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead assignments with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Willingness to appear before courts/authorities in Delhi NCR and occasionally outside NCR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and appear in civil litigation matters across courts and forums
  • Draft and review pleadings, written statements, applications, and legal opinions
  • Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare case strategies
  • Brief and coordinate with senior counsel
  • Liaise with clients, provide timely updates, and maintain professional relationships
  • Ensure timely filings and procedural compliance
