Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university
  • Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
  • Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling matters under the NI Act and RERA (UP, Delhi & Gurgaon)
  • Assisting senior advocates in commercial disputes
  • Appearing before District Courts
  • Drafting legal notices, pleadings, replies, and related documents
  • Assisting in preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions
  • Reviewing and summarizing evidence and case materials
  • Attending court hearings and client meetings
  • Coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts
  • Maintaining case files and ensuring adherence to deadlines
  • Supporting litigation strategy and legal research
