- 0–1 year of relevant litigation experience
Eligibility:
- LL.B. from a recognised university is mandatory
- LL.M. candidates may apply
- Litigation internship experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and court procedures
- Willingness to attend courts and travel locally when required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on civil, criminal, commercial and other litigation matters
- Draft petitions, applications, replies, notices, affidavits and other legal documents
- Assist senior lawyers with court hearings and case preparation
- Attend proceedings and maintain case records and litigation trackers
- Prepare case summaries, research notes, briefs and supporting documents
- Coordinate with clients, advocates and other stakeholders
