DM Legal is a law office with 43 years of combined experience in immigration and family law. The office is expanding its litigation practice and is seeking a legal professional with experience in advocacy, litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters.
Location:
- Fort Office, Mumbai
- Borivali Office, Mumbai
Position:
- Associate – Litigation in Real Estate
Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong experience in litigation, arbitration, and advisory
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings and court appearances
- Experience before High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums
- Exposure to commercial disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, and bankruptcy
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage matters and client interactions
- Fluency in Marathi required
- Prior law firm experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate litigation matters
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Appear before High Courts, Tribunals, and judicial forums
- Handle commercial disputes and debt recovery matters
- Work on insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings
- Assist with arbitration and advisory assignments
- Manage matters independently and coordinate with clients
