Position:
• Associate – Litigation
• Associate – Real Estate (Transaction)
Experience:
• Litigation: 2–3 years PQE / 4–6 years PQE
• Real Estate: 3–4 years PQE / 5–6 years PQE
Eligibility Criteria:
• Prior experience working with law firms in Mumbai
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
Litigation:
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal notices
• Assist in court proceedings and briefing senior counsel
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes
Real Estate (Transaction):
• Analyze land and revenue documents and conduct title searches
• Draft title investigation reports and property-related documents
• Prepare conveyance deeds, sale deeds, lease agreements, and related documents
• Ensure compliance with land and revenue laws
