Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigation matters and support case strategy
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents
  • Assist with preparation for hearings and court proceedings
  • Support senior lawyers on assigned litigation matters
