The firm focuses on dispute resolution, pre-litigation/ADR, litigation/ADR, and post-litigation/ADR services across commercial, corporate, insolvency and white-collar matters.

Eligibility:
- 1 year Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in active litigation
- Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
- Exposure to commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, or white-collar matters is advantageous
- Ability to manage timelines, take ownership of assignments, and work proactively
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, research notes and other litigation documents
- Support senior lawyers in case strategy, preparation and hearings
- Handle filings, briefs, client coordination and case management tasks
- Appear before courts and tribunals for procedural matters and hearings (as required)
- Maintain case files, ensure timely follow-ups and compliance with procedural timelines
