Position:

  • Associate (Litigation)

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months (Corporate litigation)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Law graduate (implied)
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in corporate litigation
  • Strong drafting and legal fundamentals
  • Ability to take ownership of matters
  • Candidates based in Jaipur or willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents and conduct research
  • Appear in courts and assist in proceedings
  • Support litigation strategy and case handling
  • Work on matters related to IBC, Companies Law, Contract Law, Arbitration, RERA, and PMLA
  • Handle matters before NCLT, appellate tribunals, and regulatory authorities
