Position:

  • Associate – Litigation Team

Experience:

  • 2–3 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. from a reputed law school (LL.M. preferred)
  • 2–3 years of litigation experience
  • Experience before DRT/DRAT/NCLT/NCLAT/High Courts (preferred)
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end case management across civil, commercial, insolvency (IBC), SARFAESI, banking, and real estate matters
  • Draft pleadings including OAs, SAs, Section 7 & 8 IBC petitions, written statements, and notices
  • Ensure procedural compliance across courts and tribunals
  • Conduct legal research and assist in hearings and filings
  • Maintain case files and documentation
  • Coordinate with clients and provide litigation support
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments (including RBI norms)
