Eligibility:

  • 9 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in M&A and/or Private Equity transactions
  • Exposure to legal due diligence and corporate research
  • Ability to prepare initial drafts of transaction documents
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills
  • Interest in working in a high-intensity transactional environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions
  • Assisting on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, investments, exits, and reorganizations
  • Supporting general corporate advisory matters
  • Conducting legal due diligence and research
  • Preparing initial drafts of transaction documents
  • Assisting in deal execution and transaction management
