  • 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing:
    • Production agreements
    • License agreements
    • Distribution agreements
    • Due diligence documentation
    • Other non-litigation commercial contracts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing media and entertainment sector agreements
  • Conducting transaction-related due diligence
  • Advising clients on commercial and contractual aspects
  • Supporting non-litigation transactional work within the Media & Entertainment practice
