Eligibility & Knowledge Requirements:
Associate – Media (Non-Litigation):

• Minimum 3+ years PQE
• Experience/knowledge in:
  – Production Houses
  – Talent & Artist Contracts
  – Music & Sports Law
  – Due Diligence
  – Client Relations
  – AI-related legal issues (desirable)
  Paralegal – Litigation:
• 0–6 months experience
• Strong skills in:
  – Legal drafting
  – Legal research
  – Moot court experience
  – Article / content drafting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on media and entertainment non-litigation mandates (for Associate role)
• Support litigation work including drafting, research, and case preparation (for Paralegal role)
• Conduct legal research and assist seniors across assigned matters
• Draft agreements, notes, pleadings, or articles as required
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on assigned workstreams
