Eligibility:

  • 1–2 years of prior legal work experience
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of commercial contracts and dispute resolution
  • Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and meet timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in construction disputes or construction arbitration preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, notices, claims, replies, and legal submissions
  • Conduct legal research on contracts, construction, and commercial disputes
  • Assist with arbitration and litigation matters
  • Review and analyse construction and commercial contracts
  • Prepare case chronologies, briefs, evidence summaries, and claim documentation
  • Assist senior team members with client conferences and hearings
  • Support dispute strategy and preparation of ongoing matters
  • Contribute to legal advisory work relating to construction and infrastructure disputes
