Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is preferred
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of corporate, commercial, taxation, and litigation procedures, including civil, criminal, and dispute resolution matters
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, client-handling, and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal databases, productivity tools, and office software
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions
- Conduct legal research and analyse case law and statutory provisions
- Prepare legal briefs, research notes, and supporting documentation
- Assist senior professionals in court appearances and client meetings
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams for timely execution of work
- Support case management and maintain legal documentation systems
- Contribute to the firm’s legal knowledge development initiatives
