Eligibility:

  • 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements
  • Experience in title search and preparation of title reports
  • Conducting due diligence and handling other non-litigation real estate matters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review real estate agreements and related documentation
  • Conduct title searches and prepare title reports
  • Perform legal due diligence for property transactions
  • Support real estate transactions and advisory matters
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for transaction closure
