Agraa Legal is a growing legal practice with a Real Estate Practice in Bangalore. The firm handles complex and high-value matters including title due diligence, real estate transactions, land acquisition projects, and real estate advisory.

Location:

• Bangalore

Position:

• Associate – 1 Year PQE
• Associate – 2–4 Years PQE
• Real Estate Practice

Eligibility:

• Working knowledge of property, contract, succession, RERA, land, stamp, registration, municipal, and planning laws
• Prior experience in title verification or title due diligence preferred
• Experience in real estate documentation or property law advisory preferred
• Proficiency in Kannada and English, including reading, writing, and speaking, is mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Conduct title due diligence for various categories of properties
• Review title documents, revenue records, acquisition records, and approvals
• Prepare title reports, legal opinions, requisition lists, and advisory notes
• Draft and review real estate transaction documents
• Advise on land laws, succession, inheritance, property rights, and compliance
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and transaction structuring
