Position / Vacancies:

  • Associate — Litigation (1+ years PQE)

Job Type:

  • Full-time / Retainership

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation
  • Prior experience in bank recovery matters preferred
  • Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage case files efficiently

Practice Areas / Focus:

  • Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) matters
  • Banking and Financial Litigation
  • Civil Litigation before District Courts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft applications, pleadings, and legal notices for DRT, DRAT, and District Courts
  • Conduct legal research and prepare briefs and case notes
  • Appear before courts and tribunals as required
  • Assist in case strategy, documentation, and filing management
  • Support client coordination and maintain case timelines
