The firm advises on corporate commercial transactions, investment structuring, taxation, compliances, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.

Position:

• Associate

Experience:

• 1–3 years (Corporate/PE/VC/M&A work)

Eligibility Criteria:

• LL.B. (LL.M. or specialization in corporate law is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
• Prior law firm experience (mandatory)
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
• Experience in corporate law, private equity/venture capital transactions, and M&A

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review investment documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, term sheets, etc.)
• Advise on PE/VC investments, fund matters, and M&A transactions
• Conduct legal research across corporate, regulatory, and data privacy laws
• Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring, and compliance
• Interact directly with founders, funds, and family offices
