Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Draft pleadings, applications, submissions, and legal correspondence
  • Support client advisory and litigation strategy development
  • Appear before courts, tribunals, and other forums as required
  • Collaborate with team members on complex disputes and legal proceedings
