Position / Vacancies:
- Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate (PE/VC & M&A) — 1 position (3+ years PQE)
Job Type:
- Full-time
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE
- Strong drafting & negotiation skills (SSAs, SHAs, JV agreements, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in PE/VC transactions, M&A, and general corporate advisory
- Ability to conduct diligence, prepare reports, and manage deal processes
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take on significant transactional responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing & negotiating key transaction documents (SSA, SHA, JVA, investment agreements)
- Handling general corporate advisory work, including legal memos, employment & service agreements
- Assisting in due diligence for PE, VC & M&A transactions
- Supporting closing processes, coordination with stakeholders, and transaction management
