Location:

  • New Delhi, India
  • Full-Time | On-Site

Position:

  • Associate – 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Senior Associate – 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Corporate Practice

Eligibility:

  • 2–3 years of experience for Associate
  • 3–5 years of experience for Senior Associate
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Sound knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
  • Ability to independently manage matters and client interactions
  • Prior law firm experience in PE/VC, M&A, or commercial transactions is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Work on PE/VC and M&A transactions
  • Draft and review investment and corporate documents
  • Assist with due diligence and regulatory compliance
  • Advise on FEMA, SEBI, and Companies Act matters
  • Handle corporate and commercial contracts
  • Support start-up advisory, ESOP, and cap-table matters
  • Conduct legal research and provide client advisory
