  • Experience: 4+ years PQE (post-qualification experience)

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and/or arbitration.
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Comfortable with client interactions and court/tribunal appearances.
  • Ability to manage complex matters and work collaboratively in a team.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle commercial, regulatory and corporate litigation matters.
  • Manage domestic and international arbitration matters.
  • Work on white-collar, insolvency-related, and other contentious matters.
  • Draft pleadings, arbitration briefs, submissions, and other court/tribunal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, senior counsel, and co-counsel; lead hearings and represent clients as required.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to matter strategy and knowledge building.
