Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. degree from a recognized law school
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
  • Experience in drafting pleadings and court appearances
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and litigation
  • Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appear in court for hearings
  • Conduct in-depth legal research
  • Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other documents
  • Advise clients and communicate legal strategies
  • Balance court work, research, and drafting responsibilities
