Position:

  • Associate / Senior Associate
  • 1–3 years of PQE

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognised university
  • 1–3 years of relevant PQE
  • Experience in General Corporate, M&A, PE/VC or Technology Laws
  • Strong understanding of corporate and regulatory compliance
  • CS qualification preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis or similar tools

Responsibilities:

  • Handle regulatory and statutory compliance matters
  • Provide legal advisory and conduct legal reviews
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Assist with legal due diligence and transaction documentation
  • Support transaction-related compliance requirements
