- Experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration
- Exposure to real estate litigation will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Handle General Civil and Commercial Litigation matters
- Work on arbitration proceedings and related assignments
- Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
- Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents
- Assist with case preparation, strategy, and dispute resolution
- Manage assigned matters and coordinate with the legal team
