Kshetry & Co. – A dynamic legal practice engaged in litigation, advisory, and dispute resolution across District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.

New Delhi & Kolkata (On-site)

Position:

• Associate (PQE: 2+ years)
• Senior Associate (PQE: 5+ years)
• Freshers (with 12+ months litigation exposure – subject to assessment)

Experience:

• Freshers to 5+ years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.A. LL.B. or equivalent
• Strong drafting (mandatory), research, and litigation skills
• Prior experience in District Courts / High Courts (Supreme Court preferred)
• Proficiency in legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, AIR, Westlaw)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters
• Prior law firm experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and applications
• Conduct legal research across civil, criminal, commercial, and constitutional law
• Assist in case strategy and brief preparation
• Coordinate with clients and arguing counsel
• Handle litigation across multiple forums

Number of Vacancies:

• 20 Positions

Salary:

• ₹20,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (post probation, based on experience)
• Annual increments

Assessment & Probation:

• Assessment Period: 18–31 days (₹10,000 – ₹15,000 stipend)
• Probation: 3 months (₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month)
