Eligibility & Requirements:
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in Media & Entertainment Law
- Strong preference for hands-on experience in music law (deals, licensing, publishing)
- Sound understanding of copyright, IP, and related legal frameworks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on music licensing, publishing, rights exploitation, and content distribution
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating artist, composer, lyricist, producer, and label agreements
- Handling licensing, publishing, commissioning, IP assignment, and production agreements
- Managing client relationships and supporting transactions end-to-end
- Collaborating with internal teams on ongoing matters
- Tracking developments in media, music, copyright, and IP laws
