Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in matters relating to taxation, FEMA, constitutional law, and allied legal areas
  • Conduct legal research and case law analysis
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, applications, opinions, and submissions
  • Assist in litigation and advisory assignments
  • Support senior lawyers in client matters and case strategy development
  • Coordinate with clients, counsels, and regulatory authorities as required
