Its Global Business Services Center (GBSC) provides shared services to Mastercard’s regions and business units and is developing a legal shared services function with the Law, Franchise and Integrity team.

Eligibility:
- Law graduate
- Knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA
- Experience with data protection practices and/or incident management systems
- Familiarity with OneTrust, cookie consent tools, and web compliance
- Experience working with cross-functional compliance or IT teams
- Basic understanding of web technologies and cookies
- IAPP or privacy certification is an advantage
- Strong organisational, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and leadership metrics
Responsibilities:
- Track and manage data protection and security incidents
- Coordinate with IT, Legal, and Security teams on incident resolution
- Review website cookies and support privacy compliance
- Maintain cookie inventories and support periodic audits
- Assist with cookie classification and consent management
- Support privacy-by-design practices for data-driven products
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain audit trails
