Eligibility:

• Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council
• 1–2 years of demonstrable, actual practice experience before the Supreme Court of India
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Proficiency in PDF editing software and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with Supreme Court e-filing procedures preferred
• Experience using legal research databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and vet Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), counter affidavits, written submissions, and other pleadings
• Make regular appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and coordinate listed matters
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
• Assist in preparation for final hearings and briefing seniors
• Support case strategy discussions and litigation planning
