  • Associate – Tax Litigation

Eligibility:

  • Prior experience in Income Tax matters preferred
  • Experience with assessments and appellate proceedings
  • Hands-on exposure to Income Tax litigation and appeals
  • Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills
  • Interest in developing a career in tax litigation

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Income Tax matters and litigation
  • Assist with assessments and appellate proceedings
  • Represent and support matters before relevant tax authorities and forums
  • Conduct legal research and analyse tax laws and case law
  • Draft pleadings, submissions and other legal documents
  • Assist with case preparation and advocacy
