Position:

  • Associate – Technology, Data, Crypto & Intellectual Property Law

Experience:

  • 1–3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in:
    • Technology Law
    • Data Protection & Privacy
    • Crypto / Digital Asset Regulation
    Intellectual Property Law
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow in emerging technology law practice areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on technology law and digital business models
  • Handling data protection and privacy compliance matters
  • Assisting with regulation of AI-based businesses
  • Drafting and reviewing software licensing and technology agreements
  • Working on trademark and copyright prosecution and advisory matters
