Eligibility & Requirements:
- Qualification: Law degree from a leading Indian law school (LL.M. from an international law school such as UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law is an advantage)
- Experience: 3–4 years post-qualification experience in telecom, media, technology, or general corporate advisory
- Strong analytical, advisory, and communication skills
- Prior experience advising technology companies, telecom service providers, or digital platforms preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise tech companies, telecom operators, social media and e-commerce platforms on corporate and regulatory issues
- Handle matters related to telecom regulations, data protection, and general corporate advisory
- Conduct legal research, prepare opinions, and draft relevant documentation
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice
