• Associate — Trademark Prosecution & Opposition (1–2 years PQE)

Job Type:

• Full-time

Eligibility & Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in trademark prosecution and opposition
• Strong drafting, attention to detail, and familiarity with trademark filing procedures and opposition practice
• Good research and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage trademark prosecution filings and responses
• Handle oppositions, opposer/defendant documentation and maintain docketing
• Conduct searches, prepare legal arguments, and draft briefs and affidavits
• Liaise with clients, trademark offices and external counsels
