Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in company law, IPR, franchising and litigation matters
  • Conduct legal research and support drafting work
  • Assist senior associates and partners in case preparation
  • Handle documentation, filings and client coordination
  • Support day-to-day legal work of the firm
