Z&M Associates — A full-service law firm founded by Zahied F. Chouhan, Advocate, Delhi High Court. The firm handles civil, criminal and matrimonial litigation across all forums, and provides end-to-end IP and technology-law support to inventors, start-ups, research institutions and industry.

Position / Vacancies:

• Associate — 2 positions

Job Type:

• Full-time (Litigation & Advisory)

Eligibility & Requirements:

• LL.B. from a recognised university
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and communication skills
• Well organised, proactive, able to work independently and in a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and assist in preparing case strategies
• Draft and review pleadings, legal documents and case briefings
• Assist in court proceedings and attend hearings
• Participate in client meetings and maintain client communications
• Manage case files, coordinate with team members and ensure timely compliances
