Job Type:

Eligibility Criteria:

LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized university
Prior experience or keen interest in banking laws, recovery proceedings, DRT/DRAT, SARFAESI, and IBC matters
Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage filings, hearings, and client communication efficiently
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple assignments

Practice Areas / Focus:

SARFAESI and Recovery Proceedings
Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and its interplay with other laws
Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) litigation

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in DRT/DRAT, SARFAESI, and IBC proceedings
Draft applications, replies, and legal documents related to recovery and insolvency matters
Conduct legal research and case analysis under partner/senior associate guidance
Coordinate with clients, banks, and regulatory authorities
Support litigation strategy and maintain proper case documentation
