  • Associate / Senior Associate – Indirect Tax
  • Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate Law
  • Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial (Arbitration)
  • Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial (Litigation)

Job Type:

  • Full-time (On-site)

Eligibility & Requirements:

Associate / Sr. Associate – Indirect Tax

  • Qualification: CA or LL.B
  • Experience: 3+ years PQE
  • Expertise: GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation and appeals

Associate / Sr. Associate – Corporate Law

  • Qualification: CS (mandatory) + LL.B preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years PQE
  • Expertise: Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI/ECB, SEBI compliance, M&A, PE transactions, drafting and advisory

Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial – Arbitration

  • Qualification: LL.B (LL.M preferred)
  • Experience: 3+ years PQE
  • Expertise: Civil & commercial arbitration (institutional/ad hoc), drafting, research, client representation

Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial – Litigation

  • Qualification: LL.B (LL.M preferred)
  • Experience: 3+ years PQE
  • Expertise: Civil & commercial litigation, drafting, research, court/tribunal appearances
