Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on formation and structuring of investment funds
  • Draft and review fund documentation and related agreements
  • Support asset management transactions and compliance
  • Conduct legal research and provide analytical inputs
  • Assist partners and senior attorneys on IFAM mandates and client advisory
