  • PQE: 2–3 years

Eligibility:

  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience at a top-tier law firm
  • Strong exposure to Banking & Finance matters
  • Prior experience in Budget Finance and Project Finance
  • Sound drafting, transaction management, and advisory skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions on banking and finance transactions
  • Work on budget finance and project finance documentation and advisory
  • Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements and security documents
  • Support due diligence and transaction structuring
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders on deal execution
