Eligibility:
- Qualified lawyers or candidates with relevant experience
- Senior Associate: 4–7 years PQE
- Associate: 2–4 years PQE
- Paralegal: 0.5–2 years PQE
- Relevant experience in Banking & Finance preferred
Responsibilities:
- Work on Banking & Finance legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Support client advisory and transaction-related work
- Coordinate with the legal team on assigned matters
