Eligibility:

  • LL.B. (mandatory)
  • 2+ years PQE in Banking & Finance
  • Proven, hands-on experience in title verification
  • Strong experience in drafting secured lending documents (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed title searches and legal due diligence for mortgage creation
  • Scrutinising revenue records, encumbrance certificates, and property documents
  • Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, deeds of hypothecation, mortgage/charge documents, guarantees, and security instruments
  • Coordinating with banks and NBFCs on compliance, risk assessment, and enforcement of security interests
