Position:

  • Business Legal Manager – Non-Litigation

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. qualification
  • 4–5 years of experience
  • Relevant experience in Housing & Mortgages
  • Strong understanding of mortgage laws and regulatory requirements
  • Strong drafting and documentation skills
  • Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to the Housing & Mortgages business
  • Handle non-litigation legal matters relating to housing finance
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements
  • Advise on mortgage laws and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Support business teams on legal and documentation matters
  • Conduct legal analysis and identify potential legal risks
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal requirements
