Eligibility & Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in business legal roles
- Industry Preference: Housing Finance / NBFC sector
- Qualification: LL.B. (Candidates with UNH – Franklin Pierce School of Law background preferred)
- Language Skills: Must be able to read and write in Kannada and English
- Strong legal drafting, vetting, and advisory skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business legal assignments in coordination with sales and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with empaneled lawyers for title search and property due diligence
- Vet documents, provide legal opinions, and prepare legal reports
- Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation in business operations
