Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field

Eligibility:

• CS, LL.B., or Certified Compliance Professional qualification
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations applicable to NBFCs
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programmes and policies
• Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments to identify and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with internal departments on compliance-related matters
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and ensure organisational compliance
• Prepare compliance and regulatory training materials for employees
• Investigate reports of non-compliance or unethical conduct and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain compliance records, audit reports, training materials, and corrective action plans
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and report compliance metrics and key performance indicators to senior management
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
