Location:

Position:

  • Compliance Officer & MLRO (Designated Officer)
  • Legal, Risk & Compliance
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or professional qualification in Law, Finance, Economics, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in Legal, Risk Management, or Compliance within financial services
  • Knowledge of PMLA, Company Law, and Indian financial services regulations preferred
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML/CFT, and transaction monitoring
  • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and across business functions

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Compliance Officer and MLRO for the business
  • Strengthen compliance, risk, and governance practices
  • Maintain relationships with regulators, auditors, and relevant institutions
  • Develop and maintain AML/CFT, Compliance, and Risk policies
  • Advise Boards and Management on compliance and risk matters
  • Monitor and report regulatory changes, breaches, complaints, audits, and escalations
  • Oversee AML/CFT training and suspicious activity reporting
  • Support enterprise risk and legal entity governance frameworks
