Position:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field
  • CIPT, CIPM, CIPP/E, or other relevant privacy certifications preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly India’s Personal Data Protection framework
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data protection policies and procedures in line with applicable privacy laws and client requirements
  • Conduct privacy risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Monitor data processing activities to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Advise clients on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), privacy impact assessments, data governance, and application privacy
  • Design and implement privacy frameworks, controls, and governance processes
  • Recommend privacy solutions and define privacy metrics and dashboards
  • Promote awareness of privacy policies and best practices across teams
  • Track developments in global privacy laws and update policies accordingly
  • Maintain records of processing activities and compliance documentation
  • Implement privacy tool modules, including Consent & Preference Management and Data Subject Rights Management
  • Contribute to proposals, whitepapers, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
