Eligibility:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- CIPT, CIPM, CIPPE, or related certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop data protection policies and procedures
- Conduct data privacy and protection risk assessments
- Develop mitigation strategies based on client requirements
- Monitor data processing activities for compliance
- Support clients with DPIAs, risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments
- Design and develop security and privacy frameworks
- Design or redesign privacy processes and controls
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
