Terra Economics & Analytics Lab (TEAL) is an end-to-end decision support platform for land and property. It assists banks, housing finance companies, real estate and infrastructure developers, retail investors, and other stakeholders by leveraging structured data from land records, property registrations, court mandates, land-use regulations, master plans, cadastral surveys, and municipal by-laws to simplify property due diligence and risk assessment.

Eligibility:
- 2–8 years of experience in drafting Title Due Diligence Reports / LSR
- Strong understanding of real estate laws (RERA knowledge is an added advantage)
- Proficiency in Telugu or Gujarati (ability to read at least one language is mandatory)
- Ability to work with confidential documents
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience in real estate law and property documentation preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifying and drafting Title Due Diligence Reports and Legal Opinions for properties in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or Gujarat
- Managing allotted cases and timely escalation reporting
- Coordinating with internal TEAL legal teams
- Liaising with external counsels, vendors, and clients
- Conducting research on land laws across different states
- Drafting and vetting contracts and related legal documents
- Handling additional legal tasks as assigned from time to time
Joining Requirement:
- Immediate joiner or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice period preferred
Salary:
- Up to ₹7,000 per month (as mentioned by the employer)
