Eligibility:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in contract management, paralegal work, or commercial operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Contract Management is a plus
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to understand business objectives
- Proven negotiation skills on standard commercial terms
- Strong risk awareness (liability caps, indemnities, warranties)
- Excellent communication skills to explain contract terms to non-legal stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation & Review
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and Change Orders
- Acting as first point of contact for routine contractual and commercial queries
- Escalating complex or high-risk clauses to senior management
Commercial Risk Management
- Identifying financial and operational risks and proposing mitigating language
- Ensuring alignment of pricing, payment terms, and deliverables with company policies
- Monitoring contracts for compliance, renewals, and renegotiation opportunities
Legal & Process Compliance
- Maintaining and managing the contract repository
- Coordinating with external legal counsel when specialized advice is required
- Updating standard contract templates and playbooks as needed
